I have been the manager of the web team within DND from September 2006 - August 2008 where I managed eight employees and all internal and external DND sites. I learnt many different skills during this time including; time, conflict and personal management. This has allowed me to develop relationships through DND as well as the Government of Canada to grow DND's web presence in the ever changing Web field.
